- Upload positioning notes, a pitch deck, or complete Clara’s 12-minute questionnaire.
- Run the Diagnose pass to surface gaps between claim and proof.
- Generate Message architecture, then layer Campaign or Content modules.
- Export to Markdown or PDF and share with stakeholders for comment.
Workspace model
Each workspace isolates data: competitors, audience hypotheses, and generated briefs. Growth and Scale plans support multiple workspaces for subsidiaries or clients (agencies should use Scale for tenant controls).
Modules
Modules chain context: outputs from Audience feed Positioning; Positioning constrains Visual direction. Clara flags when upstream assumptions change and suggests a refresh rather than silently drifting.
- Audience: segments, JTBD, language bank.
- Competitors: claim matrix, price anchoring notes, SERP themes.
- Messaging: promise, pillars, proof, CTAs.
- Campaigns: hooks, cadence, channel fit, KPI suggestions.
Exports
Markdown is canonical for diffs in Git; PDF is optimized for leadership review. Scale adds JSON exports for design tokens and message hierarchies suitable for CMS ingestion.
Security & privacy
Clara processes customer content to generate recommendations. EU hosting is available; DPA and subprocessors are listed in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload regulated health or financial customer records unless your agreement explicitly permits it.
API (Scale)
Programmatically create workspaces, trigger module runs, and fetch brief JSON. Rate limits and authentication via scoped API keys with rotation. Contact sales for the OpenAPI specification and sandbox tenant.
